Dr. Brandon Cook was born in West Texas and has lived in Wisconsin, Utah, and Germany. Dr. Cook’s undergraduate studies were at Utah State where he met his wife, Jill. Shortly after their marriage in 1997, Dr. Cook started dental school at The Ohio State University. After graduating Summa Cum Laude in 2001, he began his orthodontic residency at OSU and graduated in 2004, receiving a master’s degree for his thesis. Dr. Cook became an associate of Dr. Hutta’s in 2005. In 2007 Dr. Cook became Dr. Hutta’s business partner. Dr. Cook and his wife Jill live in Powell with their three children: Lydia, Sam and Tom. In his spare time, Dr. Cook enjoys Buckeye sports, cycling and spending time with his growing family.

I’m honored to be Dr. Hutta’s partner in practicing orthodontics. Dr. Hutta has established a practice with a reputation for its quality and extraordinary service. I was thrilled to join such a progressive office, one that implements the cutting-edge techniques and technology that I had read and heard about during my residency at OSU.
Our practice philosophy is based on using the most appropriate and efficient treatment type at an ideal age. In young patients, growth and timing is very important. By examining a child at age 7, we can intercept developing problems and correct them to an extent not possible at a later age. We are proactive in treating adolescent patients and often use an early or first phase of treatment to modify the size, shape and position of the jaws while growth is taking place.
Having the latest technology in our offices is vital to our commitment to accurate diagnosis and efficient treatment. CT imaging, SureSmile® system, the soft-tissue laser and temporary anchorage devices allow us to correct orthodontic problems to a level of quality and in a treatment time previously unattainable. Technology truly sets our practice apart and allows us to accomplish things not possible without it.
